How can I begin my custom order?
- Please send your logo files and the link of product you chose(or the product title) with the quantity of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org, our customer service will help you soon.
How soon can we get them?
- Once an order is placed, expect approximately 3 weeks to receive your order. This includes art setup, production (up to 2 weeks) and shipping.
How much the customized fee ?
- We will charge customized fee $3.0 every unit.

What's the minimum?
- All sizes must be ordered in a minimum of 72 pieces.
Can I split a minimum order of 72 pieces between 2 colors?
- We can accommodate 2 colors per case, half of each color.
Can I split a minimum order of 40 pieces between 2 styles?
- Sorry, we are not able to split a minimum order between different styles.
Can I return / exchage a custom tumbler?
- All custom tumblers are Final Sale. We will not accept returns or exchanges. unless product is damaged upon delivery.
Can I take a look at the design before I order?
- Of course! We will provide a digital rendering with your logo so that you can have a feel for the look before placing an order. We typically ask that the art file be provided in vector format. Some example file types would be EPS, AI, PDF.
- With laser engraving, we etch off the outside finish of the unit, bringing out your logo in shiny stainless-steel underneath. It’s a premium application that makes for a permanent mark, which will never chip or peel off. It also provides a texture to the logo which is sure to impress.
