Our products usually ship within 2-5 BUSINESS days ! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
It depends on where you are.
If the destination country of the order is the USA or Cannada, the product will ship from our America warehouse or Canada warehouse, it will take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered.
If you destination country is out of the USA and Cannada, the product will ship from our Chinese warehouse. Please note that international orders typically take 7 to 18 full business days to be delivered. Business days do not include weekends, or holidays.

THILY products are made of high-quality, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. This material is highly resistant to rust and does not need a liner. THILY products are certified to meet all regulatory requirements by an independent and accredited testing facility.
Our products are not dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing all THILY products with a mild dish soap to keep them working just right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return the item for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used item . THILY will cover the shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue. If the return reason is about your personal reason you need to pay the shipping fees.
THILY offer lifetime warranty for quality issue.
THILY will not accept a warranty claim if the product has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.
Please note the manufacturer's warranty does not mean that you can abuse your THILY product and expect us to replace it for free.We don't cover loss, theft, or any other misuse of product or care instructions within packaging (Dishwashing, etc.) .
